Mitzvot are commandments — not lifestyle tips. For Jews they structure a life of holiness in speech, time, body, money, and relationship with G-d. They are covenantal obligations under Torah. Personal growth language must not reduce them to “habits for success.”
If you are Jewish: Mitzvot are the path of Sinai — full Jewish obligation and soul-work. Neglect under a false self-story is desertion, not humility. Return through teshuvah and practice.
If you are not Jewish: Your path is the Seven Noahide Laws only — not the 613 and not Jewish ritual mimicry. Shared moral monotheism; different role. Live your commandments with integrity.
